Gabrielle Anwar (born February 4, 1970) is an English actress known for her role as Margaret Tudor on The Tudors Fiona Glenanne on Burning Notice, Lady Tremaine in the seventh season of Once Upon a Time , and to dance the tango with Al Pacino in the Scent of a Woman .

Anwar was born in Laleham, Surrey. Her mother, Shirley Hills, is an actress, and her father, Tariq Anwar, is an award-winning film producer and editor. His paternal grandmother was an Austrian Jew, while his paternal grandfather was an Indian Muslim. Anwar attended Laleham C of E Primary and Middle School from 1975 to 1982; St. Trinian's final sketch at the end of school in 1982 gave an early indication of his theatrical tendencies. Anwar's acting debut is in the British miniseries Hideaway . He made the film but in the Manifesto , followed by more British television productions including First Born , Summer's Lease , Gang Press , and Mysteries of the Dark Forest . While working in movies and television in London, he met American actor Craig Sheffer and moved with him to Hollywood. Anwar and Sheffer have starred in a number of American films together, such as In Pursuit of Honor , The Grave , Turbulence 3: Heavy Metal , Flying Virus , Save It for Later , Water Under the Bridge and Long Lost Son .
His first American film was If Looks Could Kill , in which he plays the daughter of a murdered British agent (played by Roger Daltrey). In 1992, he made a guest appearance at Beverly Hills, 90210 as Tricia Kinney. He followed it with Wild Hearts movies Can not Be Broken (inspired by A Girl and Five Brave Horses ), Scent of a Woman , Body Scrambler , For Love or Money , The Three Musketeers , and Things to do in Denver When You're Dead . In 1994, People magazine named it one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world.

Anwar appeared on the John Doe television series and acted in Librarian: Back to the Mines of King Solomon . Anwar served as Princess Margaret, sister of King Henry VIII, at Showtime's The Tudors in 2007. She then played Fiona Glenanne in the long-running television series Burn Notice . In 2008, Anwar appeared as Eva Sintzel, a woman trying to conceive through a fictitious Hudson Cryobank in Law & amp; Sequence: SVU episode "Unimaginable". She plays Eddie's (Johnny Depp) lover in Tom Petty's music video Into the Great Wide Open. He also plays a role in the seventh season of Once Upon a Time .
Personal life
Anwar and actor Craig Sheffer had a daughter, Willow (born 1993), before parting. He later married actor John Verea, with whom he had a son, Hugo, and daughter, Paisley, before divorce. Sheffer is the godfather of Hugo and Paisley.
Anwar obtained US citizenship in 2008.
In April 2010, Anwar began dating Malay Shareef. In August 2015, they married in Montana. They live in Palm Island, Florida.
