Norman John MacMillan , CC, QC (1909 - 30 Oktober 1978) adalah presiden Canadian National Railway.
MacMillan was born in Bracebridge, Ontario. He will study at the University of Manitoba where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1930. In 1934, he received a Bachelor of Laws.
As a career lawyer, MacMillan joined the Canadian National Railway in 1937 as a lawyer in the Winnipeg office, Manitoba company. He moved to the Canadian National Montreal office in 1943, becoming general train adviser in 1945. In 1967 he became president of the company, leading the train through a period of technological change. Before retiring in 1974, MacMillan will see the commencement of construction on the Toronto Tower CN Tower.
He died in 1978 at his cottage in the community where he was born in Bracebridge. She married a son and a daughter.
