Percival Clarence Millar (June 15, 1925 - November 28, 2017) is an Australian politician.
Born in Adelaide, he served in the military between 1943 and 1946 before becoming a civil servant, and then a farmer. In 1974, he was elected to the House of Representatives of Australia as a member of the State Party for Wide Bay in Queensland.
He retired in 1990. Together with Tom Uren of the Labor Party, Millar was the last World War II veteran to serve in the House. He is the father of ABC journalist, Lisa Millar.
