Jilma A. Marshall (December 19, 1925 - May 3, 2012) was an American an archery gold medalist in the Senior Olympics.

She was born in San Francisco, California, to a Jamaican American mother, Alberta E. Marshall, and a Colombian American father, Roberto Feliciano Marichel (Marshall). She had two brothers, Roberto and Juan. Marshall graduated from Mission High School and San Francisco State University. She served as a Sgt. Major in the U.S. Army (active and reserves).

Marshall won her gold medal in 2009 at the Senior Olympics in the barebow recurve event where she represented California.

Jilma Marshall was a founding member of the Daughters of Bilitis, (/b?'li:t?s/), the first lesbian civil and political rights organization in the United States, formed in San Francisco in 1955.

Marshall was a mother of Lamar M. de P. Marshall-Randall and Ylana A. D. Lewis. Jilma A. Marshall died on May 3, 2012, from a heart condition.
